Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is for developing team members understanding and application the Define Measure Analyse Improve and Control (DMAIC) model which is the cornerstone of most Six Sigma projects.
The focus of Six Sigma is fundamentally quality, cost and customer focus. Lean focuses primarily on cost and speed. This course blends a Lean concepts and tools into the Six Sigma DMAIC model.
